SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped according to the estimated timeframe associated with selected shipping option.

Estimated Delivery for domestic orders ship via one of the following shipping methods (includes Tracking Number):

Standard (3-7 business days)

* The delivery time for each shipping method is estimated. USPS does not have guaranteed shipping times, only an average of 3-5 business days for domestic orders.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope you love Stir Sweetener as much as we do but if you just aren't into sweet, with benefits please return your unopened boxes. Returns must be unopened with the safety seal in tack. Returns will be accepted up to 7 days from date of delivery - as determined by your USPS tracking number.

Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. Stir Sweetener does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

All refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. Your account will be credited within 3-5 business days of receipt less any shipping costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
